What this website collects

This site doesn't use cookies, ads or third-party trackers. Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, page requested, browser) for security and troubleshooting, for up to 30 days.

The free email checker

The checker runs in your browser. To look up a domain's DNS records it sends the domain name to Cloudflare's public DNS-over-HTTPS service (cloudflare-dns.com). We don't receive or store the domains you check.

When you email us

We use your email and what you send us only to reply and to provide the service you ask for. We don't sell or share it.

Client servers

Servers we set up on a client's VPS belong to the client. We access them only with the client's permission, to provide the service, and we don't copy message contents off them.

Hosted sending (Scale plans)

When we send email for a customer, we process message data, recipient addresses and delivery events only to deliver the email, report on it and protect deliverability. We don't sell it or use it for anything else, and customers can request deletion.
