Services
We provide dedicated email sending, and set up, migrate, monitor and maintain email servers and DNS configurations, as described on our pricing page or agreed in writing. Scale plans are in early access and start only after we confirm your account in writing.
Acceptable use
Servers and IPs we provide, build or manage must not be used for unsolicited bulk email, purchased or scraped lists, phishing, malware or anything illegal. Recipients must have opted in, and marketing email must include a working unsubscribe. We may pause sending when bounce or complaint rates threaten deliverability, and suspend accounts that break these rules.
Ownership
You own your domains, DNS and your data. On Server Setup and Managed Server you also own the VPS, keys and documentation, and cancelling doesn't remove any of it. On Scale plans the servers and IPs are ours; if you leave, you can export your data and suppression lists.
No guarantees on third parties
We follow best practice, but inbox placement is ultimately decided by receiving providers such as Gmail and Microsoft. We don't guarantee placement or uptime of third-party services.
Payment and cancellation
One-time fees are due before work starts. Monthly plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled any time before the next billing date.
